Firmware Update: PowerShot PICK Firmware Version 1.4.0

Changes in firmware:

The firmware (version 1.4.0) incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:
  • Adds [Mode 2: Indoor Priority] to the camera’s menu as a shooting mode setting.*
    • Compared to [Mode 1: Standard], [Mode 2: Indoor Priority] takes sharper photos with darker colors and less noise for prioritizing the finish of photos in scenes with relatively little human movement indoors.

* This change requires updating the smartphone/tablet software Connect app for Mini PTZ Cam to version 1.3.0 or higher along with updating the camera firmware.
* For details on the setting procedure, refer to the detailed guide on the website.

Firmware Version 1.4.0 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.3.0. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.4.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.
