Your staff could easily make a mistake and send confidential information to an incorrect address. Canon solutions enable you to set your devices to allow faxes and e-mails to authorized destinations or domains only. You can also limit employees to only using specific address books and prevent employees from adding new addresses or types of addresses to your device.

Today's multifunction devices feature hard drives that often store confidential data. When retiring or removing a device, you can use the HDD Format feature to completely overwrite any information left on the drive. With the HDD Data Erase Kit you can also set your imageRUNNER ADVANCE device to overwrite its hard disk as part of routine job processing. And the HDD Data Encryption Kit uses AES 256-bit encryption to protect all data stored on the internal disk drive.
